Good question! First of all we’re not aliens from outer space. We are, however, proud Queensland residents. But I better start this story from the beginning so here we go:
At the beginning Man created God... Ok, maybe not that early, how does the 21st century sound? Very well then.
Our story begins with a quirky family who goes by the name of “Heimann” that decides to open the best Gelato in Brisbane. The family consists of five family members: Danny, Dina, Ran, Nir & Matan. All of the family members play a crucial role in establishing what today is the coolest shop in “The Valley”.
Daniel Heimann is 53 years young and is responsible for taking care of all the practical aspects of the business. The man to call when the freezers shut off and you’re swimming knee deep in melted gelati.
Dina Heimann is the “magic factor”, the woman responsible for all the great flavours we feature at the shop. She thinks them up, prepares the ingredients and cooks everything to make the most perfect, most delicious gelati anywhere.
The analytical, reason driven person in the group, Nir figures out little quirks in the system, writing complex Excel charts and being the only one not actively working in the shop, provides outside criticism so we could always improve.
Matan is the creative and technological force behind the shop, stylising the concept to make it more appealing and modern; taking care of texts and hypertexts. Even now, he is writing about himself in third person...*voice trails off*
