We offer contact manufacturing in a HACCP approved facility with a capacity
of up to 40,000 units per week. We can work with you on product development
and have the ability to run small batches. Our facility is equip to handle inclusions and ripples to create amazing flavours.
We also have up to 170 flavours in our 5L range that ranges from traditional handmade artisan gelato to niche offerings in vegan, low calorie, low sugar and high protein (Fit-Lato brand). We also partner with our customers to make unique flavours for special events or menus.
We cater for the restaurant, cafe and scoop shop markets in the Brisbane and South East Queensland regions.
